They didn't have any more at Costco. My dogs are hooked on them, so I paid a little more and ordered them online. One of my dogs has IBD so I'm extremely limited in the treats I can give her. They were just the same great quality - fresh and chewy when I received them. Thanks, Amazon!

These duck breasts treats are wonderful for your dogs. They are pure duck breast with no fillers added, this makes them wonderful for dogs with food allergies. The dogs love them and beg for more. You can feel good about giving these to your pets for a healthy treat. Man and woman's BEST FRIEND will love you for finding and purchasing this item for them.

I am owned by a very finicky Neapolitan Mastiff who snubs his nose at most treats. He has always loved the chicken jerky so I thought I would give these a try, a year later and these are still the favoured treat.
The jerky is soft and is packaged in a resealable bag so it stays soft. Has no unpleasant smell when you open the package. A little pricey? maybe, however given all that my dog contributes to my life ~ he's worth it.

5 out of 5 stars our dogs love them   January 1, 2009

Actual dried duck filets (minimum crude protein 68%, min. fat 2%, moisture 18%). don't know how they do it at this price, but of course it is a product of China. It states on the 2 lb bag that 9 lbs of duck meat were used which would be typical for any jerky. Because it is solid meat (obvious to the eye and how it breaks apart) there should be No issue with melamine. Each piece is around 5-6 inches long, 1/2 to 3/4 " wide, and about an 1/8" thick with natural variance in size expected with dried solid meat and little to no smell. The bag is resealable. The treats have a typical dried beef jerky texture so they are consumed fairly quickly, at least by our dogs (60 lbs and 75 lbs) But most important, our dogs absolutely love them. Your dogs will thank you. My folks in a different state have been able to get these at CostCo at a very good price

5 out of 5 stars Best Treat Out There!   October 16, 2009

We first started buying Cadet Duck Breast treats from Costco. When they stopped carrying this brand we panicked because it is the favorite treat of our dogs. When Costco started carrying them again we were thrilled. Last week we discovered that Costco had discontinued the treats AGAIN! (We called five Costco stores and discovered that they have not only discontinued the product, they had sent the remaining stock they had in their stores back.) Yesterday we went to pet stores and found a different brand of duck breast treats. They looked fine but were 3-4 times the price we paid at Costco. My husband and I won't buy any other treat for our dogs. I am so relived that I can order Cadet Duck Breast treats online. I had planned to start making my own chicken and beef jerky treats for our dogs. If you have not tried Cadet Duck Breast treats for your dogs I urge you to try them. Our dogs LOVE them.
